More Control Over Your Water

Clear doesn't automatically mean pure.

You can't see potential residues. But you can decide what goes into your glass.

You don't see them – heavy metals, PFAS, hormones, microplastics and more

AquaLiva elan reduces selected, tested substances by up to 99.99 %.

You often don't see them. You often don't taste them. But you can choose more control.

The Difference

Others need 3–5 filters. AquaLiva elan needs only 2.

Less filter chaos. Less replacement effort. More clarity.

2 filters together result in the 10-stage filtration of the AquaLiva elan.

2 Filters. Pure water. Best taste – Mineralization filter and AquaShield Pro Filter
Filter 1
AquaShield™ Pro

Handles the 6-stage deep filtration.

Filter 2
4-stage Mineral Filter

Complements with 4-stage remineralization.

  • 6-stage AquaShield™ Pro deep filter
  • 4-stage mineral filter
  • Total 10-stage filtration
  • Only 2 filters instead of 3–5
  • EasyClick system
  • Less replacement effort

That's not less. That's smarter.

Efficient water use

3.5 parts pure water. One part residual water.

Graphic: More pure water, less residual water – the AquaLiva elan delivers 3.5 parts pure water per part residual water

AquaLiva elan achieves a ratio of approximately 3.5 parts pure water to one part residual water.

This means: for about 3.5 liters of treated drinking water, about one liter of residual water is produced. This is significantly more water-saving than systems with a ratio of, for example, 1:1.

3.5 L
Pure water
1 L
Residual water

The actual ratio can be influenced, among other things, by the temperature and the composition of the water filled in.

Our Story

Developed because "good enough" for our drinking water wasn't good enough.

You shouldn't have to guess what stays in your drinking water.

The Grünthaal founder family – developed for our own family

When we were looking for an osmosis system for our own family, we faced the same questions many customers face today:

What does the device really filter? What was actually tested? And how much effort is it in everyday life?

Many devices did not convince us:

  • Big promises, but little transparency
  • Tests only for individual components instead of the entire device
  • No clearly traceable filtration performance
  • Too many filters and unnecessarily high follow-up costs
  • Constant replacement and cleaning effort
  • Complicated operation
  • Technology you'd rather hide in the kitchen

We didn't want another osmosis system full of compromises. That's why AquaLiva elan was created: a countertop osmosis system whose performance is traceable, which makes everyday life easier and which we want to use in our kitchen every day ourselves.

Highly recommended ✨

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute enthusiasm – high-quality system & 1A customer service I rarely write reviews, but with this osmosis system I simply have to share my experience. I am totally enthusiastic at first sight! The system is very high-quality processed, looks beautiful and elegant and doesn't give the impression of a typical kitchen appliance at all. The entire system is also incredibly well thought out and seems well designed down to the smallest detail. But the most important thing: The water tastes really, really good! You notice the difference immediately and I actually prefer drinking water since then. What positively surprised me additionally is the customer service. Absolute 1A! If you have questions, you even get called back directly by video and are personally accompanied until everything really works. I have honestly never experienced such great and personal customer service. I also find it particularly beautiful that this is really a German company. You can simply tell that value is placed on quality, personal support and good service. You actually still have the feeling of knowing where the product comes from and who is behind it – and not just a large anonymous company where some product is produced and shipped somewhere abroad. It is exactly this combination of high-quality workmanship, well-designed system, great taste and exceptionally good customer service that convinced me. I am completely enthusiastic so far and can really only recommend the system. From me clearly 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A clear buy recommendation

Stephen

Hello to all interested water drinkers. Since I basically don't write a review immediately after shipping, I can share the following review with you after almost 2 weeks of intensive use. The package arrived within 3 days of ordering. The device is properly secured and break-proof packed in a sturdy box. The installation is intuitively simple, but I still read the package insert and downloaded the operating instructions for information via the QR code. After running water through several times for cleaning, it was ready to go. Since I am the critical water type in the family and my two loved ones are rather the comfortable ones, the usual drinking behavior quickly showed and the use of pouring a glass myself was rather mine. But since I wanted my loved ones to drink good water too, the solution was to reactivate and fill our many discarded Sodastream bottles and thus use bottles as usual. The Sodastream bottles fit perfectly under the spout after removing the drip tray. The water really tastes good and even my wife (not a critical water type) noticed that the water as well as the coffee tastes better, which made the purchase pay for itself for me 😊. So, a clear buy recommendation from me.

Simply great great great

I have to say honestly... We are extremely enthusiastic about this osmosis system. Even when unpacking, we had this WOW effect because it just looks really high quality. It stands in our kitchen and doesn't look like just any device, but almost like a beautiful kitchen accessory. For me, it was particularly important before buying that the system was not just partially, but completely tested. I am very meticulous about such things and looked closely at the documents. The fact that it is completely TUV tested was an extremely important point for me – clearly thumbs up for that!!! The commissioning was totally uncomplicated and since then the system has been in daily use by us. The water really tastes significantly better, much fresher and softer. I wouldn't have thought before that the difference was so extreme. Even coffee and tea taste rounder with it. What I also find really practical are the different temperatures and quantity outputs. In everyday life, you only notice how pleasant that is. You just press it and get exactly what you need. Our twins love the water and have been drinking much more since then. That alone is a huge joy for us. And as a family of four, it's simply an enormous relief not to have to carry, store, and constantly repurchase water crates. Another highlight is the integrated water jug. It looks really great and often stands on our dining table when we eat together. It just gives a nice feeling and fits really well visually. For us, the osmosis system is really an enrichment in everyday life. It looks great, tastes fantastic and gives a good feeling. We would buy it again at any time and can recommend it from the heart.

AquaLiva elan countertop osmosis system

Uwe

Very good osmosis system – trustworthy and high quality I am very satisfied with the countertop osmosis system. The commissioning was easy, the device is compact and fits well in the kitchen. The water tastes significantly fresher and more pleasant than tap water, you notice the difference especially with tea and coffee. A big plus for me is that the system is fully TUV-tested. This creates trust and gives a good feeling, especially when it comes to drinking water for daily use. The workmanship also looks high-quality and reliable. I also find it practical that no fixed installation under the sink is necessary. You can set up the system flexibly and use it directly. Overall a convincing solution for everyone who values clean, good-tasting water, safety and quality. Clear recommendation from me!

Highly recommended system

Chris

I am enthusiastic about the system. Looks very elegant and I have freshly filtered water at the touch of a button. The taste is very pleasant. I can only recommend it.

Finally no more carrying water crates

Phil

We have been using the osmosis system daily for some time now and are really very satisfied. The device was set up quickly and was immediately ready for use – completely without a water connection or complex installation. The operation is simple and self-explanatory. We find it particularly practical that you can select the desired water quantity and temperature directly. So we have hot water for coffee or tea immediately in the morning and pleasant-tasting drinking water at any time during the day. It also scores significantly in terms of taste and we can notice a clear difference to our previous water. The water tastes clear, fresh and pleasantly soft. Since then, we have actually been drinking more water. The system also looks high-quality and fits well in our kitchen. Another big plus: carrying, storing and returning water bottles is finally a thing of the past. For us, a really good purchase that makes everyday life much more comfortable. Clear 5 stars!

Top! 👍 Clear buy recommendation from me.

Manuel

Top product. I wouldn't have thought that the water would be so delicious afterwards. And the coffee tastes better too. I tested the product at an acquaintance's place. I'll get it for myself soon too. Since our water in our region often tastes musty. 👍
